Nick Shaw is the Vice President of Product at Dragos, Inc., the global leader in industrial cybersecurity. With over 15 years of experience working directly with industrial organizations to assess, design, and secure Operational Technology (OT) environments, Nick brings a rare blend of deep technical knowledge and strategic product vision.

He leads the product organization at Dragos with a clear mission: to build customer-centric solutions that address the real-world challenges defenders face every day. Having spent years in the field with some of the world's largest organizations, Nick has a deep understanding of industrial environments and the people who protect them. That insight drives every aspect of the product strategy, from roadmap development to user experience.

Nick works across engineering, sales, marketing, and customer experience to ensure that Dragos products deliver measurable impact and stay aligned with customer needs. He also maintains a strong external presence through direct customer engagement, industry collaboration, and speaking opportunities to keep the voice of the practitioner at the center of product decisions.

Before becoming VP of Product, Nick served as a Principal Advisory Solution Architect at Dragos. He also spent several years at Rockwell Automation as a trusted advisor to global manufacturing organizations navigating the intersection of OT, IT, and cybersecurity.

Creativity is part of my engine. Photography, web design and development, networks and security homelabs, embedded systems for security research, YouTube... Always tinkering with something. The person everyone comes to for "what do you think about this?" or "wouldn't it be cool if that?" I create and document to bring these ideas and experiences to life through hard work and detail-driven precision.
